The PB30 POWER BEVELER (Model MFT-HD) is a powerful and reliable ID mount end-prep machining tool that will save you time and money for pipes from 8 inches ID to 30 inch OD (203.2 – 762 mm).
The PB30 POWER BEVELER is compact and solidly built to withstand the abuse of production machining day after day, week after week.
Exclusive H&S TOOL gearing combined with variable speed control produces the optimum speed for smooth, accurate cutting of different pipe sizes, wall thicknesses, and materials.
Comes standard with a powerful 3.5 HP (2.6 kW) pneumatic motor. Hydraulic power is also an available option.

A full complement of standard and custom tooling is available to perform a wide variety of machining operations.
The machine can be ordered with a 24 inch (609.6 mm) or a 30 inch (762.0 mm) tool plate.
Packaging includes lifting equipment for both horizontal and vertical installation in the pipe.

The H&S TOOL internal locking pad system produces torque-free operation, enhancing operator safety and productivity. The clamp also automatically centers the tool in the pipe for accurate machining.
The locking system has three base plates to cover the full range of the machine. Aluminum extension plates have steel caps for maximum grip and durability.
