The PREP 2 is a compact, lightweight, and powerful beveler designed for pipe prep, tube prep, and weld prep applications. Available in electric, battery (110v or 220v), or pneumatic drive, it features a 4-jaw tool holder for efficient beveling, facing, J prep, and weld removal on both thin and heavy wall pipes. Ideal for external and internal beveling, elbow beveling, and facing tasks, the PREP 2 is perfect for high-volume work like heat exchanger projects and power station shutdowns. Its torque-reactive design allows for easy on-site use without the need to fix pipes, making it a versatile solution for maintenance and repair jobs. Built from CNC-machined aluminum and nickel-plated for durability, the PREP 2 delivers reliable, high-precision results in tough environments.
