The H&S TOOL PREP 24 Pipe Beveler is the largest and most powerful machine in H&S TOOL’s heavy-duty range, designed for demanding applications such as external and internal beveling, facing, counter-boring, weld removal, J-prepping, and compound beveling. With a 6.89 – 23.62-inch (175 – 600 mm ID) working range, it handles all types of steel and exotic alloys powered by servo-electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic options. Featuring ratcheted ID jaw locking and ratchet bevel feed control, it easily manages heavy wall preps. The machine can perform multiple operations simultaneously with its multi-position tool holders yet remains lightweight, making it ideal for on-site, offshore, nuclear, and other precision applications. Its ratchet feed and locking system ensures easy setup, precise results, and exceptional value in challenging environments.
