*In accordance with UN3481 regulations governing the transport of lithium batteries, this machine cannot be shipped by air. Authorized transport modes: road and sea only. Any request for air shipment cannot be accommodated. If required, alternative models without battery or charger, compliant with air transport regulations, can be offered: PART NO. TP4BFFP (standard) / TP4BFFPE (elbow).

Engineered to handle flat face and raised face flanges, as well as spot facing operations, the machine delivers consistent, repeatable results across a wide range of diameters and materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. Its precision feed control system features three interchangeable feed screws, enabling operators to achieve smooth, stock, and rough surface finishes from 63 to 250 RMS to meet critical gasket sealing requirements.

The robust yet compact design makes it ideal for flange repair, pipeline and valve maintenance, and workshop flange preparation across industries including oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, marine, and water treatment. Its heavy-duty construction ensures reliable performance in demanding environments, while its portability allows for efficient on-site deployment.

The PREP 4 Flange Facing Machine utilizes an internal collet clamping system for secure, accurate mounting, ensuring stability throughout machining. Combined with a range of standard and custom tooling options, it provides maximum flexibility for a wide variety of flange facing applications.

Additionally, TAG offers this system as a flange facing conversion kit, allowing existing PREP 4 pipe bevelling machines to be easily adapted for flange facing operations, further enhancing the machine’s versatility and value.
